No. It is a fictional conference concept. The date, programme, speakers and prices are examples, not a confirmed event. No tickets are sold or personal information collected.

Is FREQUENCY a real event?

A shared listening space with room for small-group making. The host city and venue are not confirmed. Please do not arrange travel based on this demonstration.

Where would it happen?

A real organiser should confirm step-free access, captions, listening support, quiet spaces and participation options before registration opens. These provisions are not yet confirmed.

What about access needs?

No specialist setup is assumed. The concept is built around ideas and small experiments. A future organiser would share a confirmed kit list and alternatives before the event.

Do I need specialist equipment?

The illustrative passes include coffee and refreshments on the days covered. Lunch is not included. There is a two-hour lunch break, from 12:00 to 14:00, on both days.

Are food and drinks included?

Day one covers all three sessions on 12 November. Both days adds the three sessions on 13 November. All labs on a covered day are included; there are no separate lab fees.
